Cell Biology & Assay Development

The Cell Biology & Assay Development team uses a variety of cell lines and tools  to execute a range of bespoke assays that  generate data with machine learning models in mind.  Our scientists work with a range of cell types and proteins to develop tumour and immune cell screening assays to discover and characterise complex multi-specific antibodies.

Recent projects include screening assays to investigate T cell activation, immune cell mediated cytotoxicity, cancer cell proliferation, tumour cell receptor internalisation, antibody binding and cell line engineering.
